My name is Doug Nading. I have been an educator, coach, leader, instructor and mentor for 30 years. I earned a bachelor’s degree of Education from UNL and master's degrees in Multicultural Education and Counseling – Student Affairs from UNO. I am a certified Life Coach, Gallup’s Strengths Coach; certified Conflict Resolution and Level I & II Trauma & Resilience Mediator. ​
I am passionate about helping adolescents and adults knock down internal and external obstacles that keep them from reaching their goals. My goal in life coaching is to help clients reframe their academic, career, or personal mindsets so they can achieve the success they envision.
